
Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Ingredients:
2 2/3 cup Pretzels (coarsely crushed)
1 1/2 cubes Butter, Melted (or margarine)
12 oz. Cream Cheese
1 1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
2 cups Cool Whip (thawed)
2 cups Pineapple Juice
1-6 oz. Strawberry Jello
3 cups Frozen Strawberries Cut in Halves
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400°
Mix crushed pretzels and melted butter together.
Press into a 12"x9"x2" pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Pop in freezer to cool completely.
Cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
Blend in milk.
Spread mixture over pretzel crust.
Pop into freezer till frozen.
Spread 2 cups Cool Whip over cream cheese mixture.
Pop into freezer till frozen.
Dissolve Jello completely in 2 cups HOT (but not boiling) Pineapple Juice.
Add frozen Strawberry halves and let it partially set.
Pour mixture over Cool Whip.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serve & Enjoy!
